Vinyl Sling Spline in four sizes, approximately 3/16″ (=.180″), 7/32″ (=.21875″), 1/4″ (=.25″). and 5/16″ (=.3125″). Sling Spline sold by the Roll is available in clear only. The size spline used will depend on the manufacturer’s frame size or the thickness of the fabric being used for the sling. For replacement purposes, you should measure the thickness of the original sling spline. The spline is designed to fit into the seam of the sling fabric. It is then slid into a sling rail on a chair frame. Our vinyl, extruded for outdoor use, is commercial quality 100% virgin vinyl with ultraviolet inhibitors manufactured into the product.
